We are super grateful and excited to announce that we have our very own Charlotte Milne Fitness Nutritionist on board! This is big news for us as we really want our members to have access to nutritional help. As we know exercise and working out is just one part of the overall health and wellness journey, so to be able to join the dots with this is brilliant. Bridget and Chris are developing meal plans, recipes, and nutrition guides as we speak so watch this space!
There will be different options to accommodate those who are just starting out and taking the first step, to those who want more personalisation, or who may have specific requirements & preferences.
