Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

X1 scoop of Garden of Life Meal Replacement Powder
X1 Banana
¼ Seasonal Fruit (optional)
½-1 cup Kale (lightly steam kale, instructions below) or Spinach
½ cup of Coconut Cream
¼ cup Ice Cubes
1 cup coconut water

What To Do:

Prep work for kale: If you buy big leaf kale (not in lettuce bags) I would recommend chopping it up and lightly steaming it. You can make a few days’ worth and freeze it. If using baby leaf kale, it is good to go as is.

Simply place the ingredients in a high-powered blender, and blend on high until smooth and fluffy. Add more ice cubes if you want. DONE!
And if the smoothie is too thick for you, feel free to add a little more coconut water
